Little Tangles: Saying Hello

Hello, everyone! Today I am extremely honored and excited to announce that I am now a member of the Little Tangles Design Team for 2015! If you aren't familiar with Little Tangles I urge you to go check out their blog HERE.  Little Tangles is the challenge blog associated with the INCREDIBLE stamps of Neat and Tangled! 

The first challenge of the year is:

I created this shaker box card for the challenge using the A Lot to Say Die and Just Hello stamp set from Neat and Tangled.

I outlined the A Lot to Say die on white cardstock and used the "hey" from the Just Hello stamp set with Hero Arts Wet Cement.  The "hello" was stamped with Versafine ink and I used clear embossing powder to make it pop.  Then, after die cutting the polka dot paper from Lawn Fawn, I used Scotch foam tape to create a shaker box.  I used all Neat and Tangled sequins (specifically Royally Blue, Powder Blue, Mermaid Tail, Summer Sky, and Ocean Breeze) to fill the shaker box. (Jennifer McGuire has an awesome tip on adhering a few sequins in the shaker box so that they don't all fall to the bottom.  You can find her video on that here.)
