My McDreams Came True!

Hello Everyone! Sorry for not posting for a little while! I have been busy in Mansfield, Ohio this weekend enjoying a car race with a friend!

My highlight of the weekend? Finally meeting the one, the only, McDreamy!



See this hunk? Well during his time off from filming Grey's Anatomy he drives the #40 car on his own race team of Dempsey Racing.  He races cars in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series GT Class.  So this weekend he turned into this hunk...



Yup, I think he looks hotter this way too! Well ladies, let me break it to you easy... he is even HOTTER in person! :)  I got the pleasure to meet him and get an autograph on Saturday!





This week my excitement will die down as I help my mom clean out the entire house for a garage sale!

Potholes at Every Turn!

Hello everyone! Today was my last day on Detroit and I will be driving home bright and early in the morning!

Today we got together as a group for a great brunch of cinnamon French toast at Jimi's before heading to the track! Talk about delicious!

The weather was beautiful at the track and the race started really well. Then the track started falling apart and causing cars to run into the wall! Oh boy! The potholes had been filled with a sealer which was coming up when the cars drove over it! We had to wait for the road crew to fill in the potholes to restart the race.

Having a McDreamy moment!

It is a gloomy rainy day day here at Belle Isle in Detroit! I am with friends watching practice and qualifying for this weekends races!

My favorite moment of the day? Why being within an arms length of Patrick Dempsey of course! Oh my is he much more gorgeous in person! But did I have my camera or phone in my hand? Nope and my brain was a little slow realizing he was beside me! I hope to see him again in the paddock and get a picture or autograph then!

And as I'm typing this post guess what happens? He runs right into the wall in front of my seat... Maybe he just wanted me to get a good photo? ;)
